Rental Fees:

Due to the fact that we use our Villa as a family of five, the house has an excellent layout. The Villa has an amazing Charme. The rental rate per day for up to 6 person is 125.00 $ (Low season) and 145.00 $ (High season) plus 11% Florida Taxes and 125.00 $ endcleaning. Easter, Christmas and New Year will be a surcharge of 20% at a minimum rental time of 1 week. Included in the rental rate are bedsheets, towels, poolservice, lawnservice, trash removal, TV, Internet, local telephone calls and water usage. Electric power usage up to 35.00 $ per week is included in the rental rate. The security deposit is 350.00 $ due before rental period. You can also book an additional in-between cleaning. We can also arrange the rental of an isured boat or Jetski of your choice. We wish you an amazing vacation in our house!

CANCELATION FEE / TERMINATION:

Cancelation more then 90 days before Rental Period:                      100.00 $ Flat
Cancelation 90-61 days before rental start:                      30% of Rental fee
Cancelation 60-35 days before rental start:                      50% of Rental fee
Cancelation 34-0 days before rental start:                      80% of Rental fee


The cancelation fee decreases if the vacation home / object can be rented to another party for the same or longer time frame and for the same rental fee. In case the owner or property manager should cancel the contract, the rental fee (if already paid) and/or the rental downpayment (if already paid) will be refunded within 14 days.
