We would be very happy to have you as guests in the Villa Holly Bay! Other services then the renting of the Villa Holly Bay are not generated through us. In case a valid rental contract will be made, you agree to the following rental terms:

1. Arrival
The Villa Holly Bay will be available to you at the arrival day at 4pm local time, if not otherwise agreed to.

2. Usage of the house

2.1 Tenant / User
The tenancy is a mutual trust. Thus the tenancy allows only the to the lessor named persons the use of the Villa. A right of the lessee to sublease or to assign the usage does not apply. If persons who weren't named for the letters are found in the villa, this entitles the letter to the immediate notice without compliance with a period of notice.

2.2 Utilisation of usage, Pets
The Villa is rented out as a vacation home. Every other usage, particularly the exercise of commercial or freelance usage is prohibited. A violation of this will give the hirer and/or the property manager the right of immediate cancellation without any term of notice. Pets are not allowed.

Please be advised that this house is a non-smoking house. Of course you can smoke on the patio.

2.3 Water and Power
Our environment depends on our responsiblity to safe and conserves water and power. The tenant have a usage for power in the amount of $35/week free. But we still like to ask you to ensure to keep the doors closed while the aircondition is running.
