Our Villa is in care of our Property Mangement we trust in. You will get detailed instructions how everything works (A/C, Stove, Washer, Dryer etc.) at your check-in. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have about the house, the area or if you need some tips about restaurants or shopping malls. We help you out as good as possible with useful answers and Tipps (in english as well as in german). The Villa is fully equiped with everything what you need, like dishes, towels, sheets etc. The house is of course air-conditioned and has wireless internet as well as cable TV.

The costs for Water, Power, Gas, Waste mangement, Cable TV, Phone (local) as well as bedding, towels etc. are included. A Usage in the Amount of $35/week are included. Additional Usage will be charged with 0,12 $/kwh. We read the electrical meter at the day of arrival and also on the day of your departure. The Usage is shown on your Check-in/-out sheet. During the check-in we will give you some tips how to keep the costs for the power as low as possible. The Property Manager will set everything (Aircondition, Temperature for the Jacuzzi and the Pool..) to a usual and comfortable setting. If you would like to have the setting changed please let us know. We will help you out anytime.

The Villa is inwell-kept and clean condition. If there is anything not in proper order or if there is any reason to complain about, please don't hesitate to let us know. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable.
